The payload names no files: start from where InputSourcePro renders the input-source icon during switching (likely the status-bar/menu-bar image handling in the Swift sources) and reproduce the issue by switching to the Squirrel (鼠须管) input method. Determine whether the non-square appearance comes from the IME's own icon asset or from how the app scales/draws it, then check that the icon renders square on switch while staying correct in the top bar. Note the issue has had no response in ~8 months, so confirm maintainer interest before investing.
