Reproduce by opening a launcher such as Raycast and typing immediately, then profile the input-handling path (event taps / input source switching logic in the Swift sources) with Instruments to find where the 0.5-1s stall originates. The attached screen recording failed to upload, so first check the thread for a working repro or diagnostics. Done means typing right after summoning a launcher introduces no perceptible delay while InputSourcePro stays enabled.
