[BUG]: Export Donations button state not updating

Current Behavior
Currently you can export donations from the "All Donations" page. However, after the file is downloaded, the button remains in the "Please wait... " state
Expected Behavior
After downloading all donations export, button state remains at "Please wait..."
Steps To Reproduce
- Log in as bank user
- Click on All Donations
- Click on "Export Donations"
- Observe file download but text remains "Please Wait..."
