List items have no gap in the rich text editor but are spaced out on the published page, so the editor doesn't show what readers will see.
- Cause: Rhino's
trix.csssets.trix-content p { margin: 0 }; list items wrap their text in<p>, so the editor drops prose's list spacing. - Page: the rendered body uses
prose(app/views/layouts/action_text/contents/_content.html.erb), which spacesli > p. - Example fix: #2821 did the same for top-level paragraphs in
app/frontend/javascript/rhino/custom-editor.css; extend it to list items (and check blockquotes) using prose's values.
