从 Rake 的 file_list 实现开始，将其当前的匹配行为与 issue 中链接的 Git 模式格式进行比较，包括 ! 规则。完成意味着 file_list 支持所有已记录的 .gitignore 规则模式；issue 没有指定任何测试。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
