Regarding this example: https://github.com/rspack-contrib/rstack-examples/blob/main/rspack/react-compiler-babel-ts/rspack.config.js
This only runs the compiler on .tsx files, however hooks are commonly defined in .ts files, so the compiler should be applied to those as well.
