描述
Describe the bug
OIDC login sessions are launched using the full Chrome application on Android instead of launching in a Chrome Custom Tab. This behavior results in unnecessary resources being used on the user's device, as CCTs are more efficient than using the full application.
Expected behavior
OIDC login should launch in a Chrome Custom Tab on Android by default instead of launching the login session in the full Chrome application.
