Claude Code sessions created through Gigacode default to plan mode when they shouldn't. This causes Claude to enter planning mode unnecessarily, requiring extra user interaction to proceed with tasks.
Expected behavior: Sessions should start in normal mode by default, only entering plan mode when explicitly requested.
Actual behavior: Sessions default to plan mode.
