描述
Attention changes today surface only through AttentionChanged events and the nextAttention command, which jumps to the next agent one at a time. There's no persistent, browsable list of "everything currently needing my input" across projects (and, per the multi-host fanout view idea, across hosts).
Proposal: an inbox/notification-center UI surface backed by the existing AttentionChanged stream, listing all agents currently in NeedsInput with quick-jump.
