描述
The only restart primitive today is RestartWorktree, which tears down and recreates the whole worktree. There's no lighter-weight "kill and respawn the same adapter in place" for when the worktree is fine but the agent process itself is stuck or needs a fresh run.
Proposal: a RestartAgent/RespawnAdapter control op that keeps the existing worktree/workspace and just relaunches the adapter process in the same pane.
