描述

Found by differential semantic drift analysis from b123b7c3 to c10223e8.

These are the results of semantic drift analysis of the 109 commits merged since the previous round (#8980). The analysis compared the compiler, formatter, editor analysis and tools built at both commits on the same programs: generated untagged-variant matches, a format round trip of the syntax and integration test sources, and targeted programs for each change to the type checker, code generation, standard library and tooling. Each finding was checked by a second, independent pass against master and against existing issues and pull requests.

In numbers: 8 issues covering 10 findings: 5 regressions introduced in the range, 3 older bugs that the range made reachable or that turned up on the way, and 2 diagnostics of low priority. One further finding, an argument evaluated out of order after inlining, is already tracked in #9175 and #9177. The issues from the previous hunt over eb087382..cd641cbc (#9109) are all fixed, apart from one #9107 case that #9119 leaves on purpose.
