排名是怎么算的
得分 = 合并率 × 回复速度。合并率是近 30 天内外部贡献者（不是项目 owner、member 或 collaborator 的人，不含 bot）提交的 PR 被合并的比例，按 (合并数 + 1) ÷ (提交数 + 2) 做平滑，避免几次偶然的合并压过长期的记录；回复速度是 1 ÷ (1 + PR 收到作者以外的人第一次回复或被合并所需天数的中位数)，bot 的评论不算回复。
入选条件：该时间窗内至少有 10 个外部贡献者 PR、至少 1 个开放的新手 issue、至少 10 个 star、近 180 天内有 push、未归档，并且在近 30 天内测量过。
