描述
relkit dev --help still lists --inspector-port integer Retired; configure inspector.connection.port, or run relkit inspector --port. A retired flag adds noise to the help of
a command people read first.

- Stop listing the flag in the help output of
relkit devbut keep rejecting it with the existing
message (seepackages/cli/src/commands/dev-inspector.ts). - Update the help snapshot and the generated CLI reference.
Done when relkit dev --help no longer shows the flag and relkit dev --inspector-port 1 still
prints the retirement message.
