描述
What Happened
products/evidence/scripts/compat/inji-oid4vci.sh compares the committed registry-evidence-oid4vci.openapi.json with the output of evidence-oid4vci openapi only when EVIDENCE_OID4VCI_BIN is set. When it is unset the comparison is skipped without a word and the script still reports success, so a local run does not check what the CI run checks.
Expected Behavior
Either resolve evidence-oid4vci from PATH when the variable is unset, or print one line saying the OpenAPI comparison was skipped and which variable enables it.

The run passes with no mention of the OpenAPI comparison.
