评估

首先跟踪 onBlur 的行为以及对 toggleOpen(false) 和 clearSearchValue('') 的调用，然后检查自定义下拉框渲染与标签模式如何交互。当自定义下拉框能够避免这些默认的 blur 效果，同时不会添加非预期选项或破坏现有行为时，该 issue 即完成。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。

onBlur 的默认行为太多了, 自定义 dorpdown 基本无法使用
比如:

toggleOpen(false) , 导致无法使用内嵌 modal
clearSearchValue(''), 导致无法在自定义 DorndpwnRender内部修改去切换 mode, 因为tag 模式下, blur 会视为添加到 options, 导致切换到其他的 mode 会额外多出这个 option,切换一次多一次
