首先，跟踪 Select 组件在 onBlur 附近对 tags-mode 的处理，以及对开头或结尾空格的修剪。定义新行为，使 blur 可以避免添加标签或保留用户的输入，然后针对现有的 tags-mode 行为验证这两个选项。

描述
是否可以新增一个属性，在onBlur时不添加tag或者不改变用户输入的值，现在用户在前后输入空格都会被自动清除，是否有办法规避这种行为
