Add emoji reactions to paragraphs and comments.
Request
Let me react to a paragraph or a comment with an emoji (thumbs up, checkmark, etc.), similar to reactions in GitHub or Google Docs.
Impact
A lot of review feedback is just "agree", "done", or "seen". Today the only way to say that is a full reply, which makes threads longer and harder to scan. In one of our reviews, a reply literally read "👍 (sure wish we had emojis here lol)".
Reactions would also let an author see at a glance which points have agreement, without reading every reply.
