The payload names only rope_autoimport under Neovim, the lsp.log file, and a sqlite3.OperationalError that appears intermittently, so the first step is to reproduce the failure in Neovim and capture that error from the log. The likely area is how the autoimport SQLite cache is accessed when several processes or requests run at once, but the payload does not name the file. Done means autoimport completions work reliably under Neovim and the sqlite3.OperationalError no longer appears.

Some times I can find sqlite3.operationalerror in lsp.log so I guess it's relevant to concurrent behavior. Most cases, it's just doesn't work.
