updating a table captures too many keys

首先运行 issue 中的 Python 复现代码，并检查将一个 mapping 赋值给 doc["a"]["b"] 如何影响表结构和序列化。跟踪相关的表更新和 dump 路径；当 tomlkit 输出带有 x = 9 的 [a.b]，同时 a.c 和 a.d 仍为同级表，并且为此情况提供回归覆盖时，即表示完成。
由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。

in which a.c and a.d have become children of the [a.b] table
similar to #542, #543, but not fixed by PRs currently open for those so should be distinct.
