Cannot install poetry shell in latest brew poetry

重现 Homebrew Poetry 2.1.1 的设置并运行 poetry self add poetry-plugin-shell，然后检查报告的 _run 路径中的 poetry/utils/env/base_env.py 以及 pip 卸载错误。只有在插件成功安装且在替换 brew 安装的 idna 软件包时不会失败，才算完成。

As I can see poetry arrives with its own python(not sure about that, but path in error suggest, that is the case) with incompatible set of libraries for some reason
How to reproduce:

1. Install latest poetry via brew:

Shell tries to downgrade idna library and fails
