Start with the end-to-end test setup described in the parent epic pyronear/roadmap#11 and identify how the baseline scenarios run in CI. The issue lists alert labeling, live view, occlusion masks, camera outages, API downtime, and notifications; the live view requires a fake MediaMTX stream. Done means creating one issue per scenario and getting the first new scenarios running in CI.

This issue is part of the epic pyronear/roadmap#11 (End-to-end tests across engine, API and platform).
Everything we want to test once the first test works (pyronear/pyro-envdev#53). Each test reuses the Playwright helpers of #53 and the scenarios of pyronear/pyro-envdev#51. Pick one, open to volunteers.
On the platform (Playwright)
- Display a triangulated alert (pyronear/pyro-envdev#59)
- Acknowledge an alert (pyronear/pyro-envdev#60)
- Alert history (pyronear/pyro-envdev#61)
- Start a live check, levée de doute (pyronear/pyro-envdev#62)
- Create an occlusion mask (pyronear/pyro-envdev#63)
- Label a sequence (pyronear/pyro-envdev#64)
Behind the platform (issues to create when we start them)
- A camera stops answering: it is shown as inactive
- The API is down for a while: the engine keeps its detections and sends them later
- Notifications: sent once, with the right content
