This issue is part of the epic pyronear/roadmap#11 (End-to-end tests across engine, API and platform).
Small exploration task. Can we run the engine with the YOLO model inside GitHub Actions? Measure the CPU time and memory, check the model size and the limits of the free runners, and the cost. Try it in a public repo.
