In a form, when I create a question using the Advanced Form > Tree Cascade > ITIL Category field type, I cannot access the answer to this question when configuring the target ticket.
My goal is to use the ITIL category selected by the user in the form and assign it to the ITIL Category property of the generated ticket.
However, the answer to this Tree Cascade question does not seem to be available in the target ticket properties.
Is this expected behavior, a limitation, or is there another way to dynamically assign the selected ITIL category to the target ticket?
