首先使用 tickvals 以及 tickprefix 和 ticksuffix，通过 plotly.js v2.29.1 和 v2.30.0 重现链接的 CodePen。跟踪坐标轴刻度标签的格式化路径，并定位相关的回归测试区域。当使用显式提供的刻度值时，前缀和后缀都能渲染，并且该回归有测试覆盖，即表示完成。

In plotly.js v2.29.1 and earlier, tickprefix and ticksuffix would be applied as expected when tick values were provided with tickvals:
However starting with v2.30.0 and continuing to the latest v4.0.0, suddenly tickprefix and ticksuffix are ignored when tickvals is passed:
There's no reason why tickprefix/ticksuffix can't coexist with tickvals, so this should be fixed.
