The issue names the pkgx CLI and requests behavior analogous to brew search and pkgx list terraform. Start by reviewing the existing command interface and package metadata handling, then define how fuzzy search and available-version listing should behave. Done means both commands work for the requested package-discovery cases and have coverage for their expected output.

- Would like to have something like a
brew searchcommand to fuzzy find the package i am thinking about when i am unsure of the full name. - Say if i found the package i would like to list all available versions for that package. Something like
pkgx list terraformshould give me all versions of terraform available in pkgx.
