[Feature]: Remember the right panel’s maximised size when closing and reopening it

描述
Request
Remember whether the right panel is maximised when it is closed, and restore that size when it is reopened in the same thread.
Current behaviour
- Open the right panel.
- Click Maximize panel.
- Close the right panel.
- Reopen it.
The panel opens at its normal width, so the user has to maximise it again on every open/close cycle.
Expected behaviour
Reopening the panel should restore the user's last size choice. If it was maximised when closed, reopen it maximised. If the user explicitly restores it to normal size before closing, reopen it at normal size.
This makes it easier to move between the conversation and a full-width file, diff, or browser view without repeatedly resetting the layout.
Related discussion and scope
This supports the existing request in https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/discussions/16893.
PR https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/pull/17327 already preserves maximisation when navigating to another thread or Settings, but explicitly leaves the reset-on-close behaviour unchanged. This request covers that remaining close/reopen case within the same thread.
No new default width or shared sizing across threads is requested.
