Hi guys,
I have a Windows running Apache 2.4 from Apachelounge and PHP from windows.php.net, I have 2 PECL extensions loading, when I run php -m I see them, but when I go to a web browser and browse my phpinfo() page, I don't see any of the PECL extensions, both CLI and Apache Module are using the same php.ini, this was working fine with previous versions of PHP, until version 8.5, would you please check what's going on?

If you need to know what are the PECL extensions, they are SSH2 and Uploadprogress
