描述
Every enchant_dict_* function throws ValueError: Invalid or uninitialized EnchantDictionary object on an unusable dictionary (new EnchantDictionary()). No page documents it.
Also: enchant_dict_add and enchant_dict_store_replacement return void, not &return.success;, and enchant_dict_describe returns an array (lang, name, desc, file).
