The payload names no files or code paths, only that RTMP connections to Yandex fail while other servers and OBS succeed. Start by reproducing the failed connection with the Kotlin/Android library and comparing its RTMP handshake and publish requests against what OBS sends. Done means a documented cause, or a reply in the thread saying what was tried, since the issue has been silent for about 300 days.
