Expandable docked nav - attempt to simplify the API

Right now the API is

• .pf-m-expanded - toggles the visibility of the dock. Does nothing on desktop because the dock is always visible (in the icon mode)

• .pf-m-text-expanded - toggles the icon-only and full-text version of the docked nav. Does nothing on mobile because mobile always shows the full-text version of the dock nav.

• .pf-m-expandable-expanded - triggers the "full text" version of the docked nav (same as .pf-m-text-expanded) but also makes the dock an overlay instead of expanding inline with the page content like .pf-m-text-expanded does on desktop. Functions exactly the same as .pf-m-expanded on mobile.

@kmcfaul is suggesting

• Remove .pf-m-text-expanded and only use .pf-m-expanded

  • .pf-m-expanded on desktop would toggle the full-text version of the docked nav

• When clicking on an expandable item, the dock would get both .pf-m-expanded and .pf-m-overlay
