Just need to disable the border on disabled text input groups. Looks like a bug from https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/pull/8121
Looks like we don't disable the border for disabled text input groups but the old border color matched the disabled backbround color, so we never noticed. Since updating to the new border color, you can see the border on a disabled text input group now.
