Update the affected components to sentence case, retaining title case only where a product-specific decision calls for it; done means the components consistently follow the recommendation.

Including page headers, card titles, nav items, buttons, etc. Currently, title case is used in some of these places, but we're updating our capitalization recommendations to advise users to default to sentence case everywhere in the UI. Deviating to title case is only on a product-by-product basis.
