We want to make it easier to handle Felt changes by dropping more custom styles from ChatBot. QuickResponse has many custom styles in packages/module/src/Message/QuickResponse/QuickResponse.scss. We should drop custom colors/font sizes.
Tag Kayla and/or Andrew for review and address any feedback.
