Last week, we saw a plethora of crucible agent cores being hosted in sled 21, which got cleaned to proceed with the update (23.0.0-0.ci+git9d95e0cf454:

This week, we're seeing something similar with sled 14 (23.0.0-0.ci+git95d02dd9a62):
https://github.com/oxidecomputer/product-assurance/issues/582.
The usage shows up as being above the quota set, and the sled itself rebooted.
