描述
opencode平台订阅go后，按最新的要求需要为每段对话在 x-opencode-session 请求头中发送稳定的会话 ID，目前通过web界面是无法配置这个参数的，目前有的是端点、appkey、模型ID这个无法满足最新的规范。
