Start by tracing how flow dependencies are currently represented and handled in the OpenML Java library, using flow 191 as the concrete example. Determine how an additional package-manager dependency such as multiBoostAB should be recorded and surfaced; done means the dependency information can be represented for flows like 191 and is covered by the relevant tests.

Currently, flow dependencies are limited to the software version. However, some of them also require additional dependencies. For example, flow 191 requires also the installation of multiBoostAB from the package manager.
