Start by tracing how OpenMap currently refreshes quest markers and objective information when the player changes zones, then check how the addon receives quest accepted, updated, and completed events. Make the large map refresh its quest data on those changes; done means the displayed markers and objectives update without changing zones.

What happened?
When accepting, updating, or completing a quest, the large OpenMap window does not refresh automatically. Quest markers and objective information remain outdated until I leave the current zone and enter it again. This happens consistently, making it necessary to reload the zone just to see the updated quest information. It would be great if OpenMap could automatically refresh its quest data whenever a quest is accepted, updated, or completed, without requiring the player to change zones.
