描述
We now have support for new network events which are useful to investigate throttling. We should add support for parsing these into appropriate features as part of observation generation.
New things that we need to support:
- RTT timing information
- Sampling of download speed for full body download
There are potentially more and we should document them here. This is also related to https://github.com/ooni/data/issues/34
