UI: "Block Music launches" toggle is dangerously easy to confuse with "Turn off Apple Music"

描述
What happened
I thought I had broken Music.app by toggling "Turn off Apple Music in the Music app" (music-classic). Even after disabling the toggle and logging out/in, Music.app would not launch. The actual culprit was the adjacent toggle "Block Music launches, including from AirPods" (music-launches), which I had also enabled by accident.
The two toggles are listed directly next to each other in the "Apple apps" section, and neither makes it clear that music-launches will prevent Music.app from starting at all — not just from AirPods.

Suggested fix
Add a prominent warning to the music-launches toggle, e.g.:
⚠️ This prevents Music.app from launching at all — not just from AirPods. You will not be able to open Music.app manually until you undo this toggle.
Additionally, consider separating the two Music-related toggles visually (e.g. into different groups or with a divider) so they are not adjacent and easily confused.
