描述
oasis rofl build creates ROFL.default.orc with permissions 0600 (rw‑‑‑‑‑‑‑), making it unreadable to non‑root users. Therefore running oasis rofl deploy by the same non‑root user fails with “permission denied.” Manually chmod‑ing the file to 0644 resolves the issue.
My environment is a github codespace running Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.
