Describe the bug

When npm download stats for a package include gaps, the graph still interpolates them as 0 instead of rendering a gap.

Example: https://npmx.dev/package-stats/dprint/v/0.64.0?end=2026-10-19&start=2025-10-21&granularity=daily#trends

With smoothing disabled the gaps are visualized, but the missing fill is difficult to make out against the gradient, and adjacent datapoints still get connected by a dashed line:
