描述
Regarding https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/65840 ... at the Collaborator summit in Bologna, it was decided to initially have the node:logger implemented as a standalone module that can later, potentially be vendored in as a dependency similar to undici.
The details and shape of that are still to be determined. If there are no objections, I will create the nodejs/logger repository seven days from this issue.
