Steps To Reproduce
Login to console and call update_nextcloud script
Expected Result
The update executes in its different stages including AdminNeo
Actual Result
AdminNeo fails to download, so the previous version is uninstalled and the new one in not downloaded.
The update finishes as usual leaving the VM without AdminNeo installed.

Additional Context
I've looked at AdminNeo web and it turns out that with a certain URL you can download always the latest version without having to know the number.
https://www.adminneo.org/files/latest/pgsql_en_default/adminneo-latest.php
As a workaround I'm downloading it by hand with the above URL and placing it in the appropriate directory after each update_nextcloud.
This issue has been happening for a while. I can't precise when it started.
