F-22 · Etags longer than 40 characters break scanning (upstream #55638)

SQLSTATE[22001]: String data, right truncated: value too long for type character varying(40) when a
storage reports a 64 character etag.
Fix
Etags longer than 40 characters are stored as their MD5. The scanner applies the same mapping before
comparing, so a rescan does not see a change every time.
