Steps to reproduce

  1. Use Dvorak keymap on OS side
  2. Use "Plain text" view on Notes web UI
  3. Copy some string into the clipboard
  4. Attempt to paste to a note by C-v in Dvorak keymap (it is physically C-. in QWERTY keymap)
Expected behaviour

Content in the clipboard is pasted to the note.

Actual behaviour

Editor goes into Zen mode (as if I pressed C-. instead of C-v).
