Error: Notes does not show attachments that are uploaded from files containing german special characters in their file name.
Steps:
- Create empty note
- Upload "test.pdf" → shown correctly
- Rename "test.pdf" to "Übertest.pdf" locally before upload
- Upload "Übertest.pdf" → ERROR, not shown
