Reproduce by adding a note containing a non-ASCII character such as 'ώ', force-stopping the app and reopening it, and capture the crash with adb logcat. The partial message 'conversion=...' points at where note text is encoded or persisted, so start from the note storage/serialization layer and the local note cache rather than the UI. Done means the app opens with that note present and no crash. The report supplies no stacktrace or file name, so the failing code path still has to be located.

Describe the bug
- added a new note
- closed the app
- Tried to open app and a message appeared with two buttons "close" and "copy". Neither helped to make notes app to start normally
- Using the web interface, I deleted the last created note.
- Started the Notes app normally.
