Describe your Issue
The redis.php.config utilized a enviroment variable "REDIS_USER" but the .evn and values don't have any support for using this. Which in turn means the REDIS_URL doesn't add the user name in.

Where as _helpers.tpl doesn't reference it at all

This is useful for users who might substitute redis for their own valkey release, which requires the default user called out when trying to login with ACLs.
