从项目的pyproject.toml开始，在 Poetry 的开发依赖组中添加 pytest，然后查看现有的.github/workflows目录，复制一个 Python 工作流。添加一个工作流，用于安装依赖并运行 pytest，通过paths过滤器在修改 Python 文件的拉取请求上触发。要运行的是 PR #257 中添加的测试文件。当工作流在修改.py文件的 PR 上通过时，即视为完成。

nice of you to add a test, but currently there is no runner of this in CI or otherwise.
this would be good to have, should we have another PR adding this cleanly?
that could include this test file, dev dependency added to pyproject for poetry and a github workflow that would run on every PR touching the python files.
