Upload fails on backup to remote server

首先，使用已配置的远程 SFTP 目标复现 backup:point:upload 命令，并检查报告的 OCP\Files\NotPermittedException。将失败后的目标内容与预期的还原点上传流程进行比较。完整还原点能够在没有路径创建错误的情况下成功上传，即表示完成。

描述
Hi,
When my full restore point is done compressing, encrypting and packing it fails to upload. I have set a remote sftp connection as the destination for my backups. When I run the backup:point:upload command to upload my restore point I get this error:
* Creating Restoring Point on external folder: Could not create path
! cannot create restoring point
! issue while checking external folder: OCP\Files\NotPermittedException Could not create path
The message says it could not create path, but on the destination side I see the following files created in the directory named after my restore point:
-rw-r--r-- 1 ... 0 Sep 1 16:29 .nobackup
-rw-r--r-- 1 ... 0 Sep 1 16:29 .noindex
-rw-r--r-- 1 ... 0 Sep 1 16:29 restoring-point.data
That's all that gets created there before it errors out.
I've been having this issue forever and I was hoping the new update to 1.1.3 will fix this. Before the update when upload failed I got a different error message than the one above.
I appreciate it if someone has a solution to this.
